What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and account credentials
  • All groups you created and their history
  • Your contribution records and payment logs
  • Draw history associated with your groups
  • Any personal data linked to your account

This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you're an admin of active groups, consider transferring ownership or notifying members before requesting deletion.

What's not deleted

Certain data may be retained for legal or operational reasons:

  • Anonymised transaction records (required for financial compliance)
  • Abuse or fraud reports involving your account
  • Data other group members have copied or exported
