Welcome to Colleezy. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Colleezy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Colleezy is a group finance management application that enables users to:

• Create and manage savings groups (kuri/chit funds)
• Track member contributions and collections
• Conduct fair and transparent winner draws
• Monitor payment schedules and transaction history

Colleezy is a management and tracking tool only. We do not handle, process, or facilitate any actual financial transactions, payments, or money transfers between users.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

When using Colleezy, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or group information
• Not use the app to facilitate fraud or illegal activities
• Respect the privacy of other group members
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the app

5. Group Management

Group creators ("admins") are responsible for:

• Setting accurate group terms (contribution amounts, periods, etc.)
• Managing members and ensuring fair operation
• Conducting draws transparently

Colleezy does not mediate disputes between group members. Any financial arrangements are solely between the participants.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Colleezy app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Colleezy and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Colleezy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colleezy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Colleezy is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from group arrangements made using the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
